1. What initially attracted you to Kate Inglish Designs Baby boutique for your shopping needs?
I think my first encounter with Kate Inglish Designs was when I was walking through the arcade with a 4 and a 2 year old, and I was drawn in by the stunning window display. I loved the cosy, warm, welcoming feel of it and it was nice to have such a special and unique shop in Nowra.
2. Could you share your experience with the variety of products available at our boutique? Were you able to find what you were looking for?
I'm not sure my initial visit was to look for anything specific, but it's the kind of place where you find unique and things that you didn't know you needed. Kate Inglish Designs is where our family fieat encountered Ruby Red Shoes, Llorens baby dolls, the magic of Tiger Tribe and their incredible range of portable activities for toddlers and children, and a beautiful array of clothes!
3.How would you describe the level of customer service and assistance you received during your visit to our boutique?
There is no other place I've been that has such friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate service. Visiting KID is like seeing an old friend or catching up with family. They always remember me and go to great lengths to meet my needs. I usually don't know want (my children are older now, but I buy a lot for family, friends and colleagues). The staff are great at guiding me to fit my budget and recipient needs. I once ordered online via instagram when I was temporarily living overseas and had a package shipped to a friend in Perth. The gift wrapping is so beautiful and personalised and customer loyalty rewards are very generous.
4. Were there any specific features or aspects of Kate Inglish Designs that stood out to you compared to other baby boutiques you've visited?
The atmosphere - the store just has a calm, beautiful "hygge" feeling. The staff are welcoming and when my children are with me, I never feel judged. It is a welcoming place where mum's are supported. There's no pressure, the options/ranges available are extensive and I would rather shop in a unique independent store than a generic chain store. Kate Inglish Designs is filled with personality and love.
5. Can you tell me about any memorable moments or positive aspects of your shopping experience at Kate Inglish Designs Baby boutique?
Am I allowed to mention the time that I turned up after hours and Kate let me in to do a last minute shop for a gift I needed the following day 🤣🥰
I always feel lighter when I've visited Kate and her team. Kate is so real and relatable and fun. There is always laughter and I'm grateful for her live and personal touch that goes into every customer interaction. Mum's connect and/or reunite in this special meeting place. I feel like Kate has shared her journey with us and it has been such a joy to watch her grow and go from strength to strength. I feel proud to have the privilege to share in the big moments - meeting celebrities, billboard advertisements, expanding the store. I love that our community supports local and I hope more people discover the joy in that! ❤️
