I first found Kate Inglish Designs when a good friend brought me in there to buy some pieces for her new baby. I was in LOVE! The shop layout, the cutest little pieces, the variety of products and the quality of the products all make this shop extra special.
2.Could you share your experience with the variety of products available at our boutique? Were you able to find what you were looking for?
I’m always able to find what I am looking for at Kate Inglish Designs. Whether it be a small gift for a baby shower, a replacement dummy or something special to spoil myself. There really is something for everyone. I have also been able to purchase gifts for little ones of all ages for birthdays, Christmas gifts, christenings etc.
3. How would you describe the level of customer service and assistance you received during your visit to our boutique?
The level of customer service is always above and beyond. The girls are always available to help me find exactly what I am looking for and they are never too pushy to purchase.
4. Were there any specific features or aspects of Kate Inglish Designs that stood out to you compared to other baby boutiques you’ve visited?
When I first visited the shop, my friend was greeted by name and her little boy was remembered and spoken to as well. I really was surprised at the personal customer service she had experienced. Now I also am a frequent visitor to the shop and experience this level of customer service.
5. Can you tell me about any memorable moments or positive aspects of your shopping experience at Kate Inglish Designs Baby boutique?
The day I found out I was pregnant, I had to think of a way to tell my partner. I knew I had to go to Kate Inglish Designs to get something extra special. Kate very quickly picked up on what I was trying to do (got very excited with me) and was able to help me put some pieces together. She even went to the effort of adding some extra special touches to the presentation of the gift. It was something that might not have seemed like much, but it meant so much to me in that moment and saved me the hassle of having to put it all together when I got home.
Now whenever people ask me about the day, I found out I was pregnant, I tell them Kate was the very first person to know!
