The window display. I was new to town and not really familiar with the local shopping options. I was walking through the arcade and an adorable window display had been styled featuring a stuffed whale.
When I found out I was pregnant I went straight back to the store and bought that whale!

I'm usually able to find what I'm after with Kate. The clothing selection is divine and caters for my newborn and toddler. I'm a sucker for the matchy matchey so that is really important to me. The toys are not only unique but amazing quality, making them the perfect sentimental gifts to stick with my girls for a lifetime.
3. How would you describe the level of customer service and assistance you received during your visit to our boutique?
When I walk into the store I don't feel like a customer. I feel like I'm meeting a friend for a cuppa. You get country town hospitality with city product options. The absolute best of both worlds.

The service for sure. In this day and age everything is available online. I choose to shop with Kate because of the service provided and my passion for shopping local.
