Returns

  • We want you to be 100% happy. We will offer you an exchange, or a store credit to be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • You will need to return the item to us within 10 days in original condition with all original packaging in tact.
  • Please note we will decide if the condition of the returned item has been met to our standard.
  • You are responsible to send the item back to us at your own cost which needs includes tracking. We will not take any responsibility for items not received at our end.
  • Please note no refunds will be given on any forms of postage or delivery if you are returning an item. This is at your own cost.
  • If you make another purchase you will need to pay for the new shipping. Free postage over $150.00
  • Please note we DO NOT offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing on sale items or mistakes made at checkout.
  • No change-of-mind refunds on sale or discounted items
  • No returns / exchange if you simply change your mind
  • No returns / exchanges if you have not read the descriptions regarding size or colours
  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
  • Cancelled orders will incure a 20% restocking fee (will be deducted from your final amount)

Faulty Items

Of course we will replace faulty items. Please let us know within 3 days via email admin@kateinglishdesigns.com.au

Item is to be sent back to us to assess and then an exchange or refund to follow on inspection.

Item will not be credited if the care instructions were not followed as instructed on the inside of your clothing.

Items will not be refunded or exchanged from a typing error you may have made whilst ordering or if you simply change your mind.

All our orders are triple checked.

What is personalised?

Any items that are being personalised is when your child’s name is added to the design chosen. You also have the choice of adding your child’s year of birth. All text is visible to the public to be seen.

If you do not wish your child’s name to be seen please don’t add any text at purchase.

Please choose carefully as no refunds are given to wrong designs and or personalised text chosen. If you have made a mistake at time of ordering please email admin@kateinglishdesigns.com.au

Are the blankets, towels and onesies cotton?

Yes, they are made from 100% cotton

What postage service do you offer?

Kate Inglish Designs use a mix of Fastway, Sendle couriers and Australia Post and each package includes a tracking number.

Kate Inglish Designs will not be held liable for any items LOST OR DAMAGED in the mail as all our items are sent with a tracking number.

Postage via Fastway or Sendle can sometimes be passed onto a secondary driver due to out of areas to Fastway to ensure your delivery.

Please allow 3-14 days for delivery as postage can take sometime to get to other states such as WA, QLD.

Please allow longer if a public holiday occurs within this time frame.

Postage is a flat rate of $10.00 Australia wide, please contact us at admin@kateinglishdesigns.com.au for international post. We can send international, however postage will charged at the international rate with tracking and insurance. An invoice will be sent for the final total including postage to be paid via PAYPAL.

Parcels are sent to the postal address given to us at time of purchasing. If you have changed address please edit your address to ensure it arrives to the correct address.

*Please note * NO refunds or exchanges of parcels are sent if the incorrect address is given at the time of your checkout or if you simply change your mind. If paying with PAYPAL please double check your address is the correct one.

Delivery

All items sent have a tracking number and if an item doesn’t arrive within 14 days after purchase please contact us.

Kate Inglish Designs reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Kate Inglish Designs prides itself in fast, reliable and friendly service please allow 7 -10 business days (plus postage) as all items are custom designed and printed.

Free standard post is offered on all orders over $150.00. Anything under this will incur $10.00 postage (large bulky items will incur an extra postage fee)

We aim to get all NON personalised orders out within 5 business days
(business days, please allow longer if a public holiday occurs within this time frame)

All images are exclusive to Kate Inglish Designs.

Privacy

All information provided by you is private to Kate Inglish Designs.

Final checkout is made via Secure Online Payment, Paypal and Afterpay.

We will not publish any photos of your child unless given permission by you the parent or the childs carer.

Your email address if you have signed up for our newsletter will not be passed on to any third parties.
