Shipping
- Flat rate postage is $11.95
- All orders are free* over $200.00 AUD
- Any items that are bulky/heavy weight are charged at an extra $15.00 (Example prams, dolls houses, cars, bikes, baby rockers *please note any postage that is deemed excessive you the customer will be contacted for extra postage cost or a refund)
- Instore collections are free – please wait for confirmation email (please choose this option at checkout)
- Orders are shipped same day if ordered before 12pm.
- Some delays may occur if item is bulky weight or delays with the courier.
- Tracking number is provided once order is fullfilled by us.
- If your order is sent back to Kate Inglish Designs due to incorrect address being supplied at the time of checkout you will be charged an extra shipping cost to get it redelivered. This includes bulky items too.
- No refunds or returns are issued if Aus Post or Aramax don't deliver your item on time.
- Please note, online orders are posted Tuesday through to Friday.
Restocking Fee
Please note we have a 10% re-stocking fee on cancelled orders.
Australia Post and Aramex Courier Services
- Australia Post and Aramex Courier Services is our preferred postage carrier.
- Any Australia Post damage claims must be lodged by you at your local post office.
- Please email photos to admin@kateinglishdesigns.com.au
- Once an item leaves our shop we have no control over what happens with Australia Post or Aramex. All orders are packed with a good amount of packaging and accidents do still happen whilst in transit.
- No refunds or returns are issued if Aus Post or Aramax don't deliver your item on time.
- Postage is sent Parcel Post if you require Express post please email us and we will send an invoice for the extra Express payment. Express is not guaranteed next day delivery.
- Please note, we do not ship to the Northen Territory.
General Condition
- We ask that you treat all staff with kindness and respect. Please understand we can refuse service to you at anytime if you use abusive language, threats, anger and/or making staff feel uncomfortable.
- If we receive unacceptable behaviour, we will cancel the order and refund you the money. We can also ban you from Kate Inglish Designs instore and online.
