- All orders are free* over $150.00 AUD
- Any items that are bulky/heavy weight are charged at an extra $10.00 (Example prams, dolls houses, cars, bikes, *please note any postage that is deemed excessive you the customer will be contacted for extra postage cost or a refund)
- Instore collections are free – please wait for confirmation email (please choose this option at checkout)
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days with tracking number. – Personalised gifts are minimum 10 days + postage.
Please note we have a 10% re-stocking fee on cancelled orders.
- Australia Post is our preferred postage carrier.
- You may opt for extra insurance (please email us if you’d like us to invoice you for this extra charge)
- Any damage claims must be lodged by you at your local post office.

- Once an item leaves our shop we have no control over what happens with Australia Post. All orders are packed with a good amount of packaging and accidents do still happen whilst in transit.
- Express delivery is not guaranteed. Please choose this option at checkout if you’d like express.
- We ask that you treat all staff with kindness and respect. Please understand we can refuse service to you at anytime if you use abusive language, threats, anger and/or making staff feel uncomfortable.
- If we receive unacceptable behaviour, we will cancel the order and refund you the money. We can also ban you from Kate Inglish Designs instore and online.
