What postage service do we offer?
Kate Inglish Designs use a mix of couriers and Australia Post and each package includes a tracking number.
Some courier companies will on forward to Australia Post if they are unable to deliver and this will be out of my control and is up to the delivery company.
Kate Inglish Designs will not be held liable for any items lost in the mail as all our items are sent with a tracking number and optional signature on delivery at an extra cost to you
Please allow 3-14 days for delivery as postage can sometimes take longer to get to other states such as WA, QLD.
Extra costs may be added on top of the standard shipping rate if you order bulky or heavy weighted items. These areas apply throughout Australia.
An invoice via paypal will be issued for this.
Please note when you agree to our terms and conditions this means that you agree to the above terms regarding extra postage.
Postage is a flat rate of $8.95 Australia wide, (bulky and heavy weighted items will have an extra $10 shipping rate added if applicable) please contact us at email@example.com for international post. We can send international, however postage will charged at the international rate with tracking and insurance. An invoice will be sent for the final total including postage to be paid via PAYPAL.
Parcels are sent to the postal address given to us at time of purchasing. If you have changed address please edit your address to ensure it arrives to the correct address.
*Please note * NO refunds or exchanges of parcels are sent if the incorrect address is given at the time of your checkout. If paying with PAYPAL please double check your address is your current and correct one.
We will not be held responsible for items being damaged or lost in the mail or deliveries

All items sent have a tracking number and if an item does not arrive within 14 days after purchase please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org
We pride ourselves in professional, fast and reliable service please allow 2-5 days for our personalised items as all items are custom designed and printed.
For embroidery on the towels please allow 7-10 days PLUS delivery time
We aim to get all non-personalised gifts within 2 business days (this excludes personalised towels, suitcases, gift boxes and onesies and wall prints)
Items will not be credited if the care instructions were not followed as instructed on the inside of your clothing or you made a spelling mistake at the time ordering.
No change-of-mind refunds on sale or discounted items
No returns / exchange if you simply change your mind
No returns / exchanges if you have not read the descriptions regarding size or colours
Please double check any PERSONALISED GIFTS when ordering. Your item will not be refunded or exchanged from a typing error you may have made whilst ordering or if you change your mind. All our orders are double checked against the original order before being printed and sent out.
Exchange only on faulty items within 7 days of purchase (excluding postage)
No change will be given on out gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers will not be accepted AFTER the final date.
You as the customer are to pay for return postage, no discounts or refunds will be given on return postage
